Because of unprecedented demand for Cuba travel - from lodging and transportation to guides, drivers and for reservations at some of our top-choice of Cuba's best restaurants and paladares - we work well in advance of the trip date to book Cuba flights and infrastructure services for our great travelers beginning promptly when our travelers make their travel commitments with us.

 

Because our Cuba travel bookings require putting ourselves on the line reputationally, and require advance financial commitments on our part, Cuba Travel Adventures Group trip cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

 

360 days prior to trip departure to Cuba:  100% refund less initial deposit to create custom itinerary

 

180 days (6 months) prior to trip departure: full refund less 10% advance planning and service commitment fee

 

120 days (4 months) prior to trip departure: 75% refund

 

90 days (3 months) prior to trip departure:  50% refund

 

60 days (2 months) prior to trip departure: 25% refund

 

Less than 60 days prior to trip departure:  no refund; 100% of trip cost is deemed earned.

 

We strongly suggest individual purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption and emergency additional medical insurance coverage through the passenger's own resources.  One or more of the insurance vendors offers "CFAR" insurance (Cancellation for any Reason).
